I found this bag, unloved and passed over, at my local thrift store several years ago.  Its a great little bag to carry on a fun or elegant night out.  Very Audrey Hepburn, its a perfect compliment to the little black dress.

Made by Madga Makkey.  A 1960s handbag designer, how had had to escape Hungary to the US.  She started designing bags in by 1950s for Koret Handbags  and was known in the 1970’s for creating the fashion organizer.the fashion organizer.
